If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. Management here is very unprofessional but I guess that’s what you get when you hire young inexperienced people, and it shows. On top of that I have been through the drive thru multiple times and two girls there were extremely rude. One being at the window where the older teller there was very short with me and had an attitude while also playing on her phone. Literally sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru when cashing a pay vheck.. I was Completely ignored!! Finally asked the the teller is there a problem?? He replied they had problems getting into a account.. Would've been really nice to have been told this while sitting in my car and now it's been 45 minutes and still not cashed!!!
The Elm Grove branch has the worst staff of any bank anywhere. The branch manager Charles does a terrible job and it shows. How this person became a manager is questionable. Must be a family member of someone higher up.
