I waited about 50 minutes today for a business deposit. I was told it would be “a minute” and asked to sit, but my transaction kept getting paused while other customers were helped. I understand bigger transactions can take longer, but this took so long because mine was repeatedly put on hold while other customers were taken ahead of me.
