Great starting out bank to bank with especially fresh out of high school just like me I’m 18 and am with Wesbanco bank and they surprise me everyday with how amazing they are! Easy to deposit and withdraw money, easy to cash checks through app or in person, and just overall a great bank with amazing people and even better customer service/support!!!
WesBanco imo، Worst bank in America. Bad operating hours. No consistency. Horable customer service... It's like dealing with a bad fast food franchise... Do Not Bank with them
I hate to leave bad reviews for any companies, but the way there phone system is set up is terrible! Everyone I've dealt with is always helpful, and my loan has had no issues. But good luck getting anyone on the phone that can take your car payment if needed!
If you value your time or account security, then this is NOT the bank for you. Everyone you speak with over the phone is rude and no one is willing to help when they’re the ones inconveniencing you. You don’t have access to an account number ANYWHERE except going and asking the bank or calling them to sit on hold forever and talk to some rude woman lecturing you on their policies.
