I had some complications to deal with and everyone was very helpful.
I've dealt with some decent people at this location, but policy wise, this place is just awful. Today I went through the drive-thru and sent in my paycheck, which is drawn on their bank. As I often do I wrote my account number under my signature on the back of the check. But today, it was sent back out with a deposit slip. The teller, who I can no longer see due to the curtains they've hung while there's no less than 2 cameras trained on me, informed me that I would need to fill out a deposit slip. I've been a member of Wesbanco for about 18 years. I have accounted with multiple Wesbanco products throughout the many satisfying years of patronage. Let me just say I’ll be closing our account that’s been open for 40 years bank changed hands over the years this WesBanco is the worse the only reason we kept that account open was because our home branch same people but different banks owners . WesBanco is OVER Excessive fees and charges … if I could’ve given a zero star, I would have.. had enough
There is the most annoying recording that supposedly will help you. It goes in circles!!! Tried chatting with a Sandy and she never came back to line. I don't think there is a way to get a person to help. This bank is terrible any more. I've dealt with them for many years.The bigger they get the less concerned they are! I wasn't able to check my balance for days...app and web wouldn't let me in
