Worst place to do an auto loan. They updated their online portal a few months ago. Which meant that I had to reapply for an account. Once the account was set up, I set up auto pay. WELLLLL it didn't work. Now I have a late fee. When I called to get it waved, they increased the fee, even though I had paid off the previous month's balance.
They randomly will not give me my full work check. They seemingly withhold 250-300$ out of each of my paychecks with no explanation.

Savings rates are generally competitive but the quality of customer service at the branch level is, in my experience, regrettably very poor. Basic customer service training appears to be lacking in many of the local branches and a majority of my phone calls go unanswered.
