There is the most annoying recording that supposedly will help you. It goes in circles!!! Tried chatting with a Sandy and she never came back to line. I don't think there is a way to get a person to help. This bank is terrible any more. I've dealt with them for many years.The bigger they get the less concerned they are! I wasn't able to check my balance for days...app and web wouldn't let me in

Horrible bank. Refuses to take a payment over phone and if you don’t have an account it’s impossible to pay online!!! Then you get charged fees like crazy when they refuse to take your payment!!!! Worst mistake of my life using this bank!!!!
This bank does not care about its employees, at all. They tell you what you want to hear to keep you, but don’t actually prove their words with actions. You will be belittled and talked about like you’re nothing, from the lovely branch manager, Nicole Sowards. If you want a home-feeling bank, the Ironton branch isn’t it. Being uncomfortable in a workplace should never happen, and they allowed it to happen. Rethink who you work for, and bank with.
