Let me just say I’ll be closing our account that’s been open for 40 years bank changed hands over the years this WesBanco is the worse the only reason we kept that account open was because our home branch same people but different banks owners . WesBanco is OVER Excessive fees and charges … if I could’ve given a zero star, I would have.. had enough
There is the most annoying recording that supposedly will help you. It goes in circles!!! Tried chatting with a Sandy and she never came back to line. I don't think there is a way to get a person to help. This bank is terrible any more. I've dealt with them for many years.The bigger they get the less concerned they are! I wasn't able to check my balance for days...app and web wouldn't let me in
WesBanco has a whole is WONDERFUL. However, the wheeling location provides a first hand insight as to how NOT to provide customer service. ANY. BRANCH. but this location

Horrible bank. Refuses to take a payment over phone and if you don’t have an account it’s impossible to pay online!!! Then you get charged fees like crazy when they refuse to take your payment!!!! Worst mistake of my life using this bank!!!!
