Savings rates are generally competitive but the quality of customer service at the branch level is, in my experience, regrettably very poor. Basic customer service training appears to be lacking in many of the local branches and a majority of my phone calls go unanswered. My Health savings account was recently transferred to WesBanco and I have never experienced such aggravation. The website didn’t recognize my password after creating it less than a month ago, so I attempted calling customer service per the website recommendation. Two different days I was on hold for 30 minutes and never did get to speak with anyone. I tried the chat feature today and was able to get everything reset. I can’t believe they will be around long if they can’t execute the simple things.

I've dealt with some decent people at this location, but policy wise, this place is just awful. Today I went through the drive-thru and sent in my paycheck, which is drawn on their bank. As I often do I wrote my account number under my signature on the back of the check. But today, it was sent back out with a deposit slip. The teller, who I can no longer see due to the curtains they've hung while there's no less than 2 cameras trained on me, informed me that I would need to fill out a deposit slip.
