My Health savings account was recently transferred to WesBanco and I have never experienced such aggravation. The website didn’t recognize my password after creating it less than a month ago, so I attempted calling customer service per the website recommendation. Two different days I was on hold for 30 minutes and never did get to speak with anyone. I tried the chat feature today and was able to get everything reset. I can’t believe they will be around long if they can’t execute the simple things.
I had some complications to deal with and everyone was very helpful.
I've dealt with some decent people at this location, but policy wise, this place is just awful. Today I went through the drive-thru and sent in my paycheck, which is drawn on their bank. As I often do I wrote my account number under my signature on the back of the check. But today, it was sent back out with a deposit slip. The teller, who I can no longer see due to the curtains they've hung while there's no less than 2 cameras trained on me, informed me that I would need to fill out a deposit slip. I've been a member of Wesbanco for about 18 years. I have accounted with multiple Wesbanco products throughout the many satisfying years of patronage. The financial marketplace has been in a tumultuous flux state as of recent times; the earlier reviews, in my observant opinion, do not portray the institution in general, and the financial, including savings and loan branches in particular.
