The crew from Wes arrived on time, reviewed scope of work, and promptly got started. The two workers were professional and friendly, and worked hard until finished. The man-lift was a great choice and allowed pruning some very high branches. Pricing was reasonable, their software for booking, notifications, and invoicing works well, and the office answers calls. Wes' Tree Service removed a large cedar and broken branches from a large white pine - all damage from this year's ice storm. They arrived on time, guys were respectful of the property, finished the job in good time and cleaned up well before they left. I would recommend Wes' Tree Service to anyone looking for tree removal or arbour issues.
Excellent job! We are very pleased and were happy to be moved up on their wait list. After the icestorm, all work was done as we requested. Very courteous and considerate crew. Noted their compliance with safety for all. We have no hesitation in calling them back for help as trees continue to die and fall after the ice storm. We highly recommend Wes' Tree Service! We will call them again as we will need their help in the future.
Wes did work for my late father, and he and his crew have been most helpful in helping me get a relative's property cleaned up on two occasions now. Everyone I've dealt with - from the woman on the phone to the crew members themselves have been helpful and wonderful to talk to.
