Dr. Powell removed my gallbladder last week. I have 3 small and one slightly larger incision. The first night I took 1 pain pill. The next night I took 2 Extra Strength Tylenol. That was it. Pain and discomfort have been minimal. A little more than a week later I'm back to exercising (with limitations). I thank my lucky stars I chose Dr. Powell as my surgeon. I feel like he did a great job, with minimal downtime and zero complications. I hope I never need to have surgery again, but if I did, Dr. Powell would be my first call... read more

if you don't love Dr. Powell, you don't love God. He is a remarkable human being. As a result he is a fine physician by definition. Thank God he created Dr. Powell. If he is your surgeon, you a rest in God's hands as he works through Dr. Powell. You will have no regrets

Dr. Powell saved my life after I almost lost my life to an emergency post surgical complication that caused multiple bowel obstructions. I am forever grateful for his surgical precision that had no complications whatsoever afterwards. But most of all I am grateful for Dr. Powell’s bedside manner which is just the kindest and beyond empathetic and even funny making me smile in the worst of times. Thank you Dr. Powell.
