I have been going to this office for over 15 years and ever since Dr. Chapman retired it’s been horrible. It was necessary for me to cancel my appointments a few times, including when I was hospitalized, when my father passed away, and when Flu A hit my household. Since Flu A is transmitted through droplets, I believe it's a good reason not to come into a dental appointment because all my appointments were cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. This was the best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had! Huge thankyou for taking the time to hand clean my teeth and not use the waterpik because of my sensitivity. The whole experience was great! I don’t hate the dentist as much now. 🩷
