Dirk patiently walked me through troubleshooting steps, checking if the timer on my new solar system was the issue and if I could solve it before needing to book a tech. Used WES before very good thats why i used again , technicians very good obliging etc would recommend although oven in crooked ? Hopefully not a biggy for me
First class job, old gas hot water system reached its use-by date. Replacement was 315 litre electric controlled by a timer to ensure that it only heated during the daytime hours to utilise power from my PV solar panels. Location was moved to a more central spot to reduce the wait for hot water that we had with the gas system. The tidy-up of the previous gas system was also excellent. The tradesmen were great, not only in their skill, but in explaining the aspects and operation of the new system.
