The management here sucks. If you have kids these apartments are not for you, they do not allow kids to play outside and make any noise. These apartments are very outdated and they do not care about their residents. The manager Daisy at Hemlock/ Carolyn Apartments has anger issues and will bang on your door like she is the cops and then will storm off like a child throwing a tantrum. She will threaten you with eviction without following the law. Very unprofessional and outrageous behavior.
My grandma has been living in your apartments for 22 years and not once has there been an update. Wear and tear happens and the fact you let your residents live in deteriorating buildings is criminal. Just because you own almost a monopoly on the apartments in town and can get away with letting elderly and lower income sit in outdated, worn out buildings is peak greed.
