This was brutal. I drove 1.5 hours for this appointment with Dr. Courtney-Brown and—I’m not kidding—they called 25 minutes before the appointment to cancel saying the doctor had a fever and called in sick. I would have loved more than 25 minutes notice. Presumably she gave them more notice; why didn’t I get a call sooner? They couldn’t accommodate me either. The scheduler was rude, diffident, and totally unhelpful. Just fair warning to anyone shopping around….avoid this clinic.
