Wes and the team took care of us and made the whole process a great experience. Their online portal for uploading and signing documents made it super easy.
Wes was not very helpful and on the two occasions I spoke to him on the phone during the loan process he was always rushed and didn't have time to talk. His assistant was very responsive. Days after our close the loan was sold.
