We applied for a loan with Wes for our first home purchase. We submitted all our financial info and he even ran a credit check then completely disappeared. We followed up several times with no response. Even one of his realtor contacts said they hadn’t heard from him in weeks. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend working with Wes if you’re looking for someone reliable and communicative during such an important process.
