I used to order from Etech parts religiously, but around 2022 they went downhill big time in quality and uphill on pricing. The last part I ordered from them was an iPhone 8/se screen, and when I tested it the backlight was damaged, so no display whatsoever. The representative I spoke with just brushed me off and said someone would be in contact to sort the issue, and that was over 2 months ago. They’re super dodgy about the warranties too, they drag their feet when they’re in the wrong, and they rarely honor their promises.... read more
Ordered a battery overnight for a customer who needed it for his phone for medical purposes. It arrived defective and it took a week and a half for them to offer me a new battery, no refund offered. They would not refund shipping when the quick shipping is what was necessary. Would be happy if they shipped me a good battery, or offered a refund on the whole service, not just the cheap battery.
I called Etech Parts to request a price match for an iPhone 16 Pro screen. I spoke with a representative named Josh, who mentioned that he needed approval from a supervisor to match the price of $360 listed on the Injured Gadgets website, while their price was $399. I expressed my desire for them to price match and requested same-day delivery. Another agent joined the call and asked me to send a screenshot of the lower price, which I was happy to do. This has got to be the one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. I submitted an order for an LCD buyback on Dec 27th of 2024. I sent in multiple iPhone LCD's including a FLAWLESS iPhone 14 Pro Max that was by far the best screen out of the entire LCD's in the package that was quoted for payment of $135.00. The package was delivered on the 6th of January. I contacted "Mellani" 10 days later through email on the 16th about payment and she said it would be sent out later that day. Still no payment.
