Customer service is #1 at Wertz's! They have the best service department! I had a tire that needed replaced and I took it to them and they had me in and out in a half an hour so I could get back to servicing my lawn mowing customers! Thanks Wertz's I'm a customer for life!
I bought a snowblower yesterday and couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Kevin and Justin. Justin delivered the blower to my house and spent at least a half an hour teaching me about the features and ensuring I knew how to use it. It was 20 degrees out and the wind was fierce.
