Don't ever spend one dollar here. I'm on the board for a small HOA and they did the taxes for us in 2019. Stamped with their contact information all over it. The FTB cancelled our status for not having a signed copy in 2019. I reached out to them and said we never get any notices from property management and he was very defensive that they wouldn't get notices either. Funny.
