Great area and liked the layout. The unit we went into was great. Like the bathroom shower a lot, the floors, tall ceilings and felt safe per the security around the building inside and out. My husband knows at least 4 men who live there.
Would not recommend this complex, especially if you’re under 30. There are much better options in the area for the same price or less. The buildings and units feel dated, with older appliances and no real sense of community. The location also isn’t ideal — it feels like you’re living inside O-Block, and anything outside the gated fence doesn’t feel safe to walk around after 10pm. Robert Lingenfelter Mark Peden Christie Malone Our First Service Team is Stellar! Robert is the most competent Maintenance Supervisor I’ve ever seen. He knows how to do everything. And best of all he is so calm. Werthan has to be the most challenging property managed by First Service and Christie, Mark and Robert just shine.
Have lived & owned here for over 12 years. One of a kind location in Nashville, highly sought after and historic. Love it so much. The people writing about it being hard to get deliveries, it’s not at all, and if you think it’s difficult, I suppose that’s a good thing because the whole point of a safe place is making it counterintuitive for non-residents to enter the premises, on purpose.
