This place is done by taxes for over 35 years. I would walk in drop off my taxes and then usually pick them up in a week to two. Today I go out there and was informed she is not doing anyone's texts would not give me the numbers to the ladies that used to work for her was so rude and threw her help all out! She is retiring so don't bother coming here. Very rude
I called this tax service to see if they had any openings and an older lady was very rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. I simply asked if there was any openings at the moment and was responded with a demeaning comment on how “if I would’ve called three weeks ago they would’ve fit me in but it’s way too late now.” This was not professional at all; a simple friendly “we are not accepting new clients at the moment” would’ve been appreciated.
