We hired Werry pools for pool maintenance. They came out once per week but each week the water became more & more green. The condition of the pool became worse than before he started his service. However, the weekly reports we received claimed everything was good. I contacted him about the issue and he assured he would fix it. When it didn’t get any better, we canceled the service. He hasn’t been to our house in a while pool has turned green and he won’t respond to calls I don’t know what’s going on but I paid him for a service and he’s not doing the service!! I’m very disappointed in Matt!

He was doing a great job until the end of February when he disappeared off the face of the earth. Didn't respond to emails, texts or phone calls. I paid for the full month and the pool was only cleaned 3 out of the 4 weeks and haven't gotten a refund. Maybe something happened to him, and there is a reason he hasn't responded, but if you contact him and he answers, do not use him.

Is it great to close down my pool for a very reasonable price and I'm so excited. The problem is he will never commit to coming over and he only responds to one out of 10 texts. And he says he'll be there tomorrow. And then he doesn't show up. So I give up.
