The service was generally good, though I found the interaction with Dr. Hany Gayed to be somewhat abrupt.
I have visited the clinic only twice and have only positive experiences with the practice. I have found everyone to be very lovely from reception to pathology, Nurse and Doctors. The clinic appears to be well run and very clean and organised. I had to compliment my feelings to the receptionist on my last visit I have been to some medical centres and they don’t make you feel welcome at all
First time here and everyone was soo lovely! I thought I had made a mistake but everyone was very reassuring and kind. I am so grateful. It is a full service clinic able to do biopsys, vaccines and blood tests. It is very clean and there is plenty of parking. It is also very close to Werrington shops and Train-station. 😄
My daughter has two yr old twins and two boys 3 and 7 and this little clinic sees them for all medical situations. Great for a small place the service standard is on par with a multi million dollar practice. Do no go by looks here.
