I want to thank mercy maternity unit for delivery of my baby first baby.I had a wonderful experience overall from delivery to from discharge.Thank u to all the midwifes and staff for ur support.Especially thanks to Kisha from delivery suite for holding my hands.

I had an extremely traumatic experience at this hospital. I informed the midwife that I was having contractions and had not felt any fetal movement, but they did not take my concerns seriously. Despite clearly expressing that I was feeling uneasy and something wasn’t right, I was ignored. Very RUDE receptionists (Maternity building) on shift 28/3/2025 Especially the older lady, Made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She was very rude and the way she speak to me and my husband was rude and unprofessional. I don’t think this job is for her as she clearly can’t be bothered to be nice to people. No one deserves to be talking to like that.
I had an incredibly traumatic experience at this hospital. Before I was induced one of the a male Indian doctor had to put an instrument inside my vagina and I was left alone with him who I felt very uncomfortable with him ‘checking’ me there while performing an intimate examination.
