I waited over 1 and 1/2 hours to speak to a receptionist as I needed information before making an appointment therefore could not book online. After the long wait of being in sixth position for the full 1 and 1/2 hours I chose the option for them to call me back. They did call me back after another wait of 49minutes. The system that called back is automated it informed me I was in first in line and to expect a maximum wait time of 8 minutes.
