One of the worst medical centres I have ever experienced in Australia. Unfortunately, the doctors seemed to have very limited time to properly listen to patients, understand their medical history, or take their concerns seriously. In our experience, this led to inappropriate treatment and a lack of proper follow-up. My wife had a UTI earlier this year, and unfortunately, her condition was not followed up appropriately. What kind of unprofessional behaviour is this clinic demonstrating? We booked an appointment and were waiting in the waiting room when we saw a man call the doctor in a familiar manner, as if he personally knew her, and then enter her room without any appointment. This is completely unfair to other patients who have booked appointments and are waiting for their turn We expect the clinic to look into this matter and take appropriate action.
