Booked a tele health appointment to get a blood test 15 mins before the appointment i get a call from the front desk saying there cancelling the appointment because I haven't been there in 12 months (been 14months) when I tried to explain i work remotely and am unable to go in person she said that she understood and to book an in person appointment which make no sense. Had a Telehealth appointment yesterday with one of the lady doctors. She forgot to send me my requested sickie note so I called and spoke with a receptionist who said he’ll follow up with her. I didn’t receive it today so I called again this morning and I was told the doctor isn’t working today. Now I have to revise my leave and do one without evidence. They have some good doctors but unlucky both my usual doctors weren’t in yesterday.
Both myself and my partner have been attending since they opened We have had nothing but positive experience. Dr Rashid Haroun acts very quickly, has the time to listen and is genuine in caring for your health I give this clinic 10/10
Good GP care, but 1 hour + wait time on regular basis, Dr shamsoon is great, but all of then doctors make u wait longer than 1 hour and if you Late like 10 minutes they skip u and add 1 patient in front of you, Horrible Service, Nurses don’t even know what they are doing as one of the nurses gave us vaccine without EVEN taking consent and didn’t even upload it on My Health record, Like why would you even give me a vaccine if you cannot Document it, as it is a LEGAL necessity to Document it on Immunisation Record, Dumb staff.... read more
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENT HERE AT ALL. So unprofessional. I made an appointment two weeks ago for Iron infusion. I have been ringing the centre since 9am it was on after hours till 11:16am I made last call. Highly unprofessional. I wasted my day and time. I am very low on Iron and I was happy to pay privately to get it done asap.I should have listen to my friends and booked an appointment somewhere else.
