I haven't been to a dentist in 20 years and suddenly found myself with a broken tooth that needed to be removed. Dr Mendoza and his assistant made it their priority try and put me at ease, checking in often to see if I needed pain relief, taking short breaks to give me time to rest my jaw, and really listened to me. Pulling a tooth will never be a pleasant experience, but these wonderful people showed great compassion and respect, and helped to make the experience bearable.
