They jacked up the pricing in my building to 64 cents per KwH. That's insane and they're unhappy that people are not charging. Wow I wonder why? Also no app and you have to use their clunky website. It's cheaper to fill up with premium gas than to charge at these absurd rates. 3 times more than the national average is nuts!

These guys are really good at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and are experts in the industry. I was given excellent guidance and was informed every step of the way. It felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me and followed me around with champagne! Besides for knowing exactly what to do, they have a very fast turn-around time and they are always just a phone call away. Even though they're very busy, time was always made for me when i needed to speak to someone. Keep up the great work!!
