Great customer service! They went out of their way for us when our fridge went down. We will always buy from them!
THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST! I BOUGHT A WASHER AND DRYER FROM THEM BECAUSE MY SISTER SAID THEY ARE THE BEST WITH SERVICE - HA! THAT'S A JOKE! MY WASHER NEEDED SERVICE AND IT TOOK 10 CALLS TO GET THEM TO EVEN COME LOOK AT IT AND THEN 6 MONTHS OF CALLS - AND 2 YEARS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK ABOUT THE SERVICE OF MY WASHER! MY SISTER HAS SINCE BOUGHT ALL OF HER NEW APPLIANCES - STOVE REFRIGERATOR DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE FROM ELSEWHERE - THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased a dishwasher. It’s not working properly. (Not their fault). The problem being that they can’t service what they sell even though that is advertised. The response is we don’t have a service person. Contacting them 3 times at intervals for service. No results or efforts to help me.
