I went to Werner’s in November 2022 for a quote after a tree branch fell on my roof and broke my sunroof. I waited about 3 weeks for a quote and didn’t hear back so I called into the shop. I was told the quote wasn’t ready and the owner was on vacation. I said I understood and that I would call back on Monday when the owner returned.
