Work and customer service were shitty, just how I like my plumbing
Great work and excellent customer service for our HOA condos. I spoke with Anthony and Mike and they were very responsive in getting getting their plumber Tim out the very next morning. Tim was very friendly and helpful. They snaked and routed 50 feet of pipe and show me the before and after video. AMazing how much grease and lint they removed. I would highly recommend them. They are now our GO-TO plumbers on our speed dial!
Awesome work showed up on time completed the job in the amount of time they estimated. I highly recommend Werner-Nugent.
Werner Nuget was the most average service I could have had. The billing is unrealistic, no receipts for materials, travel time is the same cost as the skill of the plumbing... when they did the demo, the scratched the hardwood, tile of existing, and just didnt work hard. it took three "full" days to demo and convert the tub to a shower. they didnt even need to move any of the concrete. literally one of the most basic tasks you could have done.
