Purchased mattress with free sheets on 9/3/18, ORDER 397669 . Mattress did not suit needs so contacted company to return during trial period. Company wouldn’t let me return sheets and said they were going to deduct 50% of MSRP of the sheets from my mattress return. There was no option when purchasing mattress to dis-include the free sheets offer, therefore making it inevitable that you would forced to pay for the sheets if you returned mattress.
