We love the home we built with Werner. We chose the Wilmington model and made some modifications with Gary’s help. We have been living in the house for about a year now. The construction process was smooth overall, Werner Homes was flexible and nice to work with, and we are so happy with our home and neighborhood.
Please use a different builder. The attached images show what Werner Homes leaves behind. They built the house on the far side of the picture at least 2 feet higher than the grading plan allowed and now there's no path for the water to go. It has been for years and they still refuse to take responsibility for their lack of due diligence. Now I have to sue the current owners. If you build with Werner or but a Werner home, you might get sued too. I've been patient and they promised to help but that was only to stop me from tel... read more
