Please use a different builder. The attached images show what Werner Homes leaves behind. They built the house on the far side of the picture at least 2 feet higher than the grading plan allowed and now there's no path for the water to go. It has been for years and they still refuse to take responsibility for their lack of due diligence. Now I have to sue the current owners.
