What a great place to bring our RV for service. Very thorough, friendly in the accommodating. While we waited overnight for a part that was required. They spent two days helping us get ready for our next adventure. And they helped us find a spot to spend the night while waiting for the part. Sheldon and his team were knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend for any heavy duty mechanic needs.
We realized at Hinton (on our Edmonton to Vancouver Island trip) that our RV had no electric brakes. Werners were able to bring us immediately and dedicate a technician Roen to us to went over and above to get us going safely. Thank you so much Werners, and Sheldon, Nathan and Roen who helped us with this problem. 5 stars!
Our 2024 Kenworth T680 gave us a derate warning just as we were leaving the Canadian Tire in town, and 3,700km into our 4,300km journey from southern Ontario. We called Werner and they told us to come in right away. They are warranty-certified and although our issue turned out not to be covered under warranty, they got the work completed in a timely manner and at a great price, even staying after hours on a Friday to get us back on the road. Awesome shop. Check engine light came on as I rolled into town. Pulled my codes with my Elog. EGR sensor. Sheldon brought me right in, we checked all the wiring, replaced the sensor, and I headed straight back to the bush. Tough to find service in town on a friday, most of the time it means you're down till Monday evening. Sheldon saved the day, the weekend, and Monday.
