I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Werner Phoenix Terminal. The entire team there really goes above and beyond, especially the mechanics and front desk staff. The mechanics are top-notch—quick, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about getting you back on the road safely. Out of all the Werner Terminals I'm happy Phoenix is my home Terminal. The support staff here is awesome. I would especially like to thank Jodi and Danny for everything they do to keep this terminal clean. Jodi is always ready to help anyone who walks through the door with the best smile on her face.
I love the office staff. When I did transitional duty they made me feel welcomed. One person who stood out to me the most was Marcus Whitmore. He would give me rides to my Dr appts and he is very charismatic, friendly, always on time and just a great person!
