I called early Saturday morning for electrical issues at my house and Matt was very receptive and immediately answered my concerns. He said he was available on a Saturday to do the work but helped me trouble shoot my issues first. Matt said he would hate to charge me, come over to do the work only to find out that it was only something very simple like a breaker issue. So we did everything he asked us to do and after checking every GFI to see if anything tripped, the areas of the house that had no power got the power restore... read more

Werner Electric and Matt did an amazing job in installing and setting up the EcoFlow (EF) back up power system including a new EF panel and inverter/batteries. Communication was great and we came up with a plan, Matt executed and cost was quite reasonable. System has been up and running for a couple months now and have already been saving money daily by the EF system transferring on daily during the higher cost electric periods and then recharging at the lower cost electric periods.
