I cannot say enough good things about Werner Electric! They completed a whole house rewire for us a few weeks ago, and we are beyond satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism and level of customer-service! Yesterday during a snowstorm a tree ripped down our power line, resulting in the fired department and Edison coming out. The Lineman was great and did his part but was not allowed to repair the portion attached to our cottage. I contacted Matt and he came out, in the snow, within the hour!! I called early Saturday morning for electrical issues at my house and Matt was very receptive and immediately answered my concerns. He said he was available on a Saturday to do the work but helped me trouble shoot my issues first. Matt said he would hate to charge me, come over to do the work only to find out that it was only something very simple like a breaker issue. So we did everything he asked us to do and after checking every GFI to see if anything tripped, the areas of the house that had no power got the power restore... read more
