A Werner ladder collapsed under me while using it on a flat, concrete surface. The company says they are not at fault because the kegs collapsed inward. They claim this would never happen. Despite the photos I emailed, they are unable to see the truth. The ladder did collapse outward. The legs buckled causing my fall. I injured my head in several places, my elbow, upper arm, knee and sustained many mi or cuts and scrapes. Although they deny any liability they want me to sign a release.
