I called Werner Brothers for a quote to install outlets in my basement and was told that it would be a full day job, and was given a quote of $95/hour for 8 hours of work plus $100 in materials. I booked an appointment and was told that the electrician would be at my home at 7:30AM on the day we had booked. The day of the appointment, nobody showed up. After a storm, we needed an electrician to repair our meter box. Every electrician was booked solid but Nate did the best he could to get someone here as quick as possible. He was transparent about the cost and someone actually got here to do an estimate. Although we ended up using a different electrician (only because they were able to come immediately) Nate was friendly and professional saying he was glad we were able to get help.
