My hospital treatment and operation was a truly excellent experience, I was very concern pre my operation but the care I was given was nothing but exceptional.
Everyone from the consultant to the catering staff gave me confidence. All the people I interacted with gave me good information, asked me sensible questions and most importantly listened to what I had to say and then responded appropriately. The standard of nursing and other care I received was excellent.
Whenever I have had to have treatment here in Werndale. The experience has been amazing. The Consultants, technicians, nurses are all so friendly and competent. Each time I know that I am in capable hands, I cannot thank the people at Werndale enough. Keep up your wonderful work.
All members of staff were helpful, respectful and helped to put me at ease. Nothing was too much for them.
