I’ve followed my trainer Harlem for almost 6 years now. This is my Favorite gym he’s trained out of. It’s exceptionally Clean! New equipment always makes for fun creative workouts. He’s the king of a challenge. Very knowable in his craft and ABSOLuETLy loves what he does. Thank you Harlem Shake!
My fiance and I showed up to a class we signed up for on ClassPass. The instructor never showed up or called me back. Joe was kind enough to introduce himself and give us a free 1 hour session! I couldn't believe it. It's a very nice gym equipped with AC, new equipment and it's very clean and organized. The location is also good with plenty of parking. It was a nice full body workout with weights and stretching . We truly appreciated Joe's professionalism and kindness! Thank you, Joe!
