DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. No reception, the digital key didn’t work, no cleaning service, the TV didn’t work, and even checking in just 20 minutes earlier costs 100 CAD (I’ve never experienced that in any other hotel). The worst part is the absolutely unhelpful staff, poor communication, misleading information on Booking.com, and zero willingness to help guests.

I wish I could give zero stars. When we called, there was no reception, and the person who finally answered was rude and even hung up on us. We had already paid and requested early check-in, but they never gave us a digital or physical key. Instead, they kept saying, ‘AKIA app? What is that?!’ After dealing with their rude front desk, I tried logging into the app, but it required a code I never received. Apartment with a greatest view, very comfortable, clean and modern. I was very happy with my stay and I definitely recommend it to other people.

We stayed at Werfy twice during our trip because we liked it so much! Excellent value for money, with spotless rooms, fast self check-in, and very helpful staff suggesting parking, laundry, and luggage storage. The night view over Downtown was truly fantastic, and the Bixi bike-sharing station right below the hotel made getting around super easy. Highly recommended!
