We had a great 2 night stay at the WERFY once we had access to our room. After an angst filled hour trying to reach someone at WERFY or at Airmiles (the booking site) the process to get in was very stressful. Although I had called a few days earlier to see about early check in, I was told they would try and that I would get a message the morning of check in letting me know.
