We had an absolutely wonderful two-day stay at this chalet in Magog! The property itself is beautiful—perfectly blending a cozy, rustic feel with modern amenities. It was clean, well-appointed, and offered the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Absolutely horrible experience and terrible communication. I sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails and they took 4 months to reply to my lease request. I continue to send emails with no reply. My experience has been nothing but disappointing and frustrating. They are unfair and unprofessional
