Believe all the previous reviews. One of the worst management you can think of leasing from. If there was anything below a one star, that's what the would get. Amor is very rude and has the poorest customer relations. They would lie to you and not satisfy the agreements in their lease. They don't respond to maintenance. They just don't care!!!!!. Do not be deceived by whatever unit they show you. You would regret it. It is not worth it.
Every bad thing that you can imagine from an apartment complex and leasing staff multiplied by 10 is what you get from this company. The lack of knowledge, empathy, experience, and overall conduct and handle with care and integrity involving tenants is non-existent. I would even go as far as to say that not a single course on good customer service or basic human interaction, decency, and understanding exists. PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Understanding staff. No issues with the apartment I’m in. If anything is wrong maintenance is always on standby a come at a timely fashion and does good the first time. My time here was great 😌
