Paid over $200 for a same-day diagnostic, which essentially turned out to be an invoice quoting $2,465 for standard recovery and $3,580 for emergency recovery. The pricing here is ridiculous...
I wish I could give less than a one star. I am absolutely dismayed at the terrible service I've gotten from this company. I submitted an urgent request December 12th to find some important lost files. My computer sat for 2days before it even got sent to the correct location (so much for urgent). It took significantly longer than their quoted response timeframe to get me a quote. Even though the quote was $4500 I would have paid it for these files. Do not trust! They are completely unresponsive. Two months of asking for any update but they continue to dodge us and have not returned the phone that we sent for service.
