John is no longer there! I went there to have them check the quality of my daughters serpentine belt (50,000 miles right now) before she goes off to college and they changed it without letting me know so I had to pay $217. I asked for the old one and they handed me a belt that looked new! I asked why they changed it and the man said that I will have to get a new one eventually. Why fix something if it’s not broken or worn out?
