Absolutely fantastic service. Kristi R was great to work with. She made the whole process fast, easy and seamless. She even called me outside business hours to make sure everything was correct and ready to go before signing. After signing we had to fly to another state to pick up the vehicle on the same day, so timing and accuracy were critical. recently switched to weokiel at the beginning of July from Allegiance Credit Union. I chose this branch because it’s conveniently located near my home. However, I have to express that my experience so far has been disappointing. 6/13/2025 I came to remove my name from an account. The teller states that the primary account holder has to be present in order to remove my name (incorrect information) However, I asked to speak with someone else. I spoke with Audrey to remove my name. Audrey showed me the paper documents where my name has been removed. As I left & checked my mobile account, my name was not removed.
