Needed a document notarized, was willing but won't do it without being an account holder. 5 stars for the friendly employee I spoke with and who assisted me.
6/13/2025 I came to remove my name from an account. The teller states that the primary account holder has to be present in order to remove my name (incorrect information) However, I asked to speak with someone else. I spoke with Audrey to remove my name. Audrey showed me the paper documents where my name has been removed. As I left & checked my mobile account, my name was not removed. I got a concerning text that indicated I had an account issue. I called and spoke with Shevetta who was able to confirm that the text could be disregarded and that the text was automated and incorrect.
