I’ve been with weokie for about 6 months and I’ve had nothing but problems… they have super strict rules on Zelle and money transfer, they had my account locked for the first 2 months and I had no idea what was wrong, no one reached out… finally got that fixed, I accepted a pre approval letter today for their credit card and they gave me a $600 balance while I have $40k at 2 other cardholders… I have a good mid-700s credit score, looking at my credit profile now and this makes no sense with a usage at 30%!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. Tried to pay my car off faster with large monthly payment. Get that signed all should be good right? WRONG. Day the payment comes out, there’s two separate charges. One for $500 (signed for) and one for $270. What’s the $270 charge for? Call and they have absolutely no idea what that charge is for. Have to call and fight for MY money back.
