We purchased a clearance recliner sofa and when it had issues with one of the recliners they came out to our home to check out the problem and repaired it as soon as the parts came in at no charge! Great customer service!!
RecommendedWenz Furniture is fantastic. I love the uniqueness of their furniture and their service is next to none. This is the only retailer I know that sends you an email update status of how your order is progressing, so you know exactly where it is and when to expect it. The furniture is high quality. So many furniture stores just have such poor quality you know it will be ruined in a few years. Not here. Will definitely go back to Wenz!
