We just had our HVAC unit serviced by Alex from Wentzel. He is such a good representative of their company. Very efficient in caring for our unit and just a pleasure to have in our home. He is polite and respectful. So unusual in today's business community. We can recommend Wentzel and Alex as top line HVAC company and employee. 5 Star plus.
I have no tolerance for companies that take advantage of seniors. This company is slimey. They never quote a cost, claim they're coming out to "see" the issue (even though you emailed photos) and then send someone without experience in your equipment. For a 15-minute "see" they then send you a surprise bill a week later. I won't let them take advantage of my parents and I'm sure they're used to getting away with the scam. Stay away from these types of schisters. Go with a small business who has personal integrity.
Able to get an appt within 24hrs, was communicative, efficient and fixed everything quickly. Once the issue was pinpointed, he thoroughly explained the issue and gave me options for the repair. Very reasonable priced for the quality of repair. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!
