We were in town for a week visiting family. Daughter’s wire came loose. She was in pain. Wentz would not even see her since she’s not an existing patient. Instead they were content leaving her with a loose wire for a week. All business no compassion. Instead we went to a dentist who was willing to help. Unbelievable. I feel like they should have at least offered to mitigate the problem, (cut the wire or secure it.)
Amazing and sweet staff. I was in and out in no time at all.
