Rude representative on phone, disappointed for a local clinic. Have to travel outside of town to not be treated poorly.
Called in March 2025 and was told there was a backlog so put on a wait list. Called back in June 2025 as had received no response for an appointment and was told I was taken off the list as I called to do so. I never called. Was then told would have to be reinstated and put back on a 1 to 2 month waitlist. I went elsewhere to book.
I also have had nothing but positive experiences here for my kids and for myself, lovely people
I have had two very positive experiences with this location! The front desk staff is quick, friendly and super knowledgeable, and the techs are compassionate and very patient! It’s also pretty easy to get an appointment with them! Highly recommend
