1 star poor customer service experience I arrived at Wentworth Family Therapy without an appointment hoping to speak with someone about scheduling a visit since their website says they are accepting new patients. I expected at least a brief conversation or some guidance. When I arrived it was confusing because there are two buildings. Inside the waiting area was small with a few people coming and going.
