This place is ridiculous. Everytime I buy a new vehicle they take 2-3 days to return phone calls and it's really a burden when trying to purchase a car.

My business of over 20yrs suffered from a total loss fire, adjuster said no worries we were covered, later that day adjuster said I needed to go to agent and sign new backdated documents to clear us a issue. At that time I asked Bill's response (no worries I should have done it this way first time but this fixes it) I signed it and EMC ins. Is not covering us because of that issue and original adjuster Lisa told me & my wife that she got reprimanded for having us sign new documents and that she was instructed not to speak to... read more
