I called at 12:45 pm in the afternoon on a Thursday and followed the robotic instructions to the Office number to talk to a "representative" (is this even a local person??) . Phone rang 8 times and still no one answered the phone. Don't have your automated message say that this is a possible option, if you don't have the Customer Service willingness to do this.
This practice internal medical. IS HORRIBLE. MY PCP IS OLIVIA CROSS. SHE IS HORRIBLE. I CALLED IN FOR MY STOMACH MED OVER 5 DAYS AGO. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. THE NURSE CALLED LINDA. I THINK HAVE EXPLAINED MYSELF OVER 5 TIMES. THE STAFF LIES. THE LAST CALL WAS THUS PAST WEDNESDAY FROM LINDA. ONCE ASKED THE SAME SHIT. SHE SAID I WILL GIVE THIS INFO TO OLIVIA CROSS.
