Front desk is great always polite and helpful. PCP is the worst.
When it comes to prescriptions they often fail. Poor communication between the patient and the physician and staff is horrible. I need a script but I can’t get it worked out because they won’t allow me to collaborate with the practice to get a medication I require. The doc changed my script so that the dosage is higher (without my knowledge). The higher dose is Not available and won’t be available for quite some time. I've been a patient in this practice for well over 20 years and have had only professional, kind and informative encounters with the practitioners, both MDs and APRNs, as well as other staff members.
Extremely happy with my experience as a new patient here. My new PCP was very attentive, thorough, and has a lovely personality. The desk staff were helpful and friendly. I like the convenience of being able to get lab work done on site. Smooth process all around.
