I have never had any problems with this practice at all. My PCP and/or his nurse have always been very pleasant and answered any messages from me in a very timely manner. The receptionists and the check out staff have always been very pleasant. I don't understand the low rating for this office. I have recommended this office to 3 friends.
I would rate this office as a zero if possible. Not at all patient centered, effective, helpful or respectful. The provider (Dr. Stukalau) was arrogant, condescending and dictatorial. He demonstrated a clear inability/unwillingness to listen and to provide appropriate care. Strong arm tactics were used to leverage compliance for treatments I questioned and/or declined. Go else where especially if you are a woman.
Very poor service nothing but lies and un-followed through end results. Called in the prescription, Right Mackenzie? If you need healthcare, don't go here! More than 5 weeks without diabetic shot and all Mackenzie can do is screw around and LIE. If you value your life/health/exsistence, seek healthcare ELSEWHERE!
