Very fast and friendly.
I had a wonderful experience at this ultrasound clinic for the second time. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. A special thank you to Felisha, who was incredibly friendly, caring, and made me feel comfortable during the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly and created a calm, reassuring atmosphere. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and a positive experience.
if i could give them zero stars i would. I had gone in person to book an ultrasound as i had attended the pharmacy aswell. Unfortunately on the ultrasound date i was ill. I have left seven messages over as many weeks and cannot get a return call. There is zero accountability from staff. i’m not driving 40 min to book when the apparently have a phone!!’ on hold as i text. the call has cut me off twice. I do not recommend you waste your valuable time.
